UB Humanities Institute hosts NEH Workshop with a visit from Congressman Brian Higgins

Buffalo, NY – On Friday, February 24th, the UB Humanities Institute hosted an application-writing workshop with Dr. Daniel Sack, Senior Program Officer with the National Endowment for the Humanities.

The workshop provided insights into the various programs supported by the NEH, strategies for proposal writing, a mock panel review session, and question-and-answer period. Attendees included UB faculty members and non-UB participants from universities, colleges, and organizations in the greater Buffalo/WNY area.

Following the workshop, attendees were joined at the reception by Congressman Brian Higgins (pictured above) of the U.S. House of Representatives who was introduced by Dr. Robin Schulze, Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences.
