> Joyce in Buffalo

Joyce in Buffalo coordinates and organizes cultural and intellectual events throughout the year to disseminate the writings of James Joyce, the writer who transformed the modern novel, to both academic and general audiences. It builds on the success of the annual Bloomsday Buffalo celebration and on the resources of the world-class James Joyce collection in the UB libraries. The James Joyce collection, whose monetary value exceeds $400 million, is a priceless cultural treasure for the university and the city. Joyce in Buffalo, a comprehensive program developed around this collection, serves the interests of the international scholarly community and provides cultural enrichment for the local community.
